Finch Dr - Squamish, BC (Ongoing)
The Finch Drive development in Squamish is highlighting our continued partnership in delivering large-scale residential flooring solutions. Our team has completed 20 duplexes and 18 townhomes, each featuring high-quality, wide plank engineered hardwood that complements the community’s modern and sustainable design.
Skyridge - Squamish, BC
The Skyridge development showcases our ability to manage complex, multi-phase flooring installations at scale. Working alongside Diamond Head Development, we completed flooring across 20 duplexes, 24 townhomes, and 46 condominiums, delivering a consistent finish that complements the project’s modern, energy-efficient design standards.
The Ossa North - Squamish, BC
The Ossa North at Finch Drive represents a new standard in modern, sustainable living in Squamish. This six-story mid-rise combines clean architectural design with high-quality finishes across 43 condominium units. Our team provided full flooring installation throughout the building, ensuring consistency, precision, and lasting durability in every home.

This multi-phase project at Scandinave Spa Whistler included work on the Massage Pavilion, Foyer, Stairs, and Lower Solarium—each requiring a tailored approach to match the spa’s distinct design and function. All flooring restoration was completed exclusively at night, allowing the spa to remain open every day without interrupting guest access or experience. The result is a cohesive renewal across multiple spaces, delivered quietly and efficiently while Whistler slept.
Meadow Park Sports Centre - Whistler, BC
Our ongoing work with Meadow Park Sports Centre focuses on maintaining the performance and appearance of its high-use spaces. Each year, we complete a scheduled recoat of the yoga studio flooring, ensuring long-term durability and a consistently smooth surface for daily classes and community programs.
Britannia Beach Village - Squamish, BC
The revitalization of Britannia Village merges heritage preservation with modern craftsmanship. Our team was proud to contribute to this redevelopment by repairing, installing, and refinishing original 100-year-old Fir floors across two historic buildings from the former mining town—now restored as part of a new community of shops and restaurants.

As part of the Britannia Beach Village redevelopment, we were entrusted with restoring the historic Community Hall, preserving its original character while preparing it for modern use. This project involved refinishing over 2,500 square feet of 100-year-old Fir flooring, ensuring the space retained its heritage charm within the renewed coastal village setting.
