About the Project

Mt Fee is a Whistler Housing Authority project, built with the Whistler Development Corporation, to house people who live and work in Whistler. We floored close to 40,000 square feet of it.

Housing is the hardest problem this town has. This is a small part of the answer, and one we are glad to have worked on.

The Challenge

The Challenge

Resident housing has to be built to a budget and still last. A floor across 40,000 square feet has to be affordable to install, stand up to everyday living, and stay easy to maintain for years of tenants.

How We Solved It

Our Solution

We used a budget-friendly glue-down vinyl plank throughout. Glued down, it stays put under heavy use, resists water and is simple to clean and repair.

Close to 40,000 square feet of floor for people who call Whistler home.
